Assistant Managers/Case Managers/Direct Care Positions/Relief Workers

 

Dare Family Services is seeking to hire professionals to work with adults who have Developmental Disabilities. These positions will work closely with Residential House Managers. All available positions will require Direct Care Supports. Relief positions are also available. Openings are available in our Residential Group Homes located in and around the Boston area.

We are currently filling positions for…

● Relief Staff and Regular Support Staff overnights at $9.00/hour sleep-overnights to $14.00/hour awake-overnight.

● Awake day-time shifts at $12.50/hour.

● Case Managers, (3:00-11:00 PM) 40 hours at $12.50/hour to $13.50/hour. 

● Assistant Manager (9:00-3:00PM) 30 hours at $15.00/hour.

All applicants must be certified to administer medications (MAP) and have CPR and First Aid Certifications. Applicants for the positions of Case Managers and Assistant Manager must have excellent writing and communication skills (proficient in Micro Soft Word 2013 and Excel 2013) and prior Management experience. Dare Family Services Pregnant and Parenting Teen Residential Treatment Program in Newburyport has a variety of available positions.

ADOLESCENT COUNSELORS are needed for weekend shifts.  Hours are 9:00 to 4:00 and 4:00 to midnight.  Duties include but are not limited to, hourly room checks and dispensation of medication.  Degree in human services or child welfare related field and some counseling experience is preferred.  Salary $12.50/hour.

PART TIME SECRETARY (25 hours per week).  Candidate must have a strong secretarial background, excellent computer skills and be detailed oriented.  High School Diploma and secretarial training required.  Salary $14.00/hour.

REGISTERED NURSE to be part of a team providing parenting supports to adolescent girls and their child/ren.  Medical oversight will include MAP certification.  Responsibilities include training, oversight and monitoring of support staff with regard to medication administration to the mothers and their child/ren.  Experience working with DCF, DMH and DYS population a plus.  Ten hours per week with some flexibility in schedule.  Salary:  $35/per hour.
